First steps of troubleshooting

  1. At first, you should always check that the device is connected properly to the active power supply. In case of network devices, the network cable should always been used. Please proceed according to the included manual.
  2. Afterwards, please make sure that the most current software and driver versions are installed.  You can find them in our updated Download Center. Also the latest manual is provided there.
  3. Please have a look at the FAQ of your device (see underneath). A lot of problems can be solved quickly and easily. If your device runs properly and you should require additional installation support and instructions for advanced usage, please refer to our HOWTOS directly. Of course you can always rely on our personal support, too. If your problems are not solved here, your questions and suggestions are always welcomed by our support team.
