Do you need support with the installation and commissioning of our products? Do you have any questions about configuration or control of them? Then you are right here.

You can find many helpful tips, FAQs and technical information about our products on our Wiki (German). Here you will be helped if you need special information about our products, e.g. how to query our network products using HTTP commands or what to do if you forget the device password.

Should you have any further questions or if anything is not clear regarding our devices, please contact our support team. Also suggestions or ideas for improvement are most welcome.

 

 

First steps of troubleshooting

  1. At first, you should always check that the device is connected properly to the active power supply. In case of network devices, the network cable should always been used. Please proceed according to the corresponding product manual.
  2. Afterwards, please make sure that the most current software and driver versions are installed. You can find them in our regularly updated Download Center. Also the latest manual can be downloaded from there.
  3. Please have a look at our product Wiki. A lot of problems can be solved quickly and easily. If your device runs properly and you should require additional installation support and instructions for advanced usage, please refer to our HOWTOS directly. Of course you can always rely on our personal support, too. If your problems are not solved here, your questions and suggestions are always welcomed by our support team.
